Hi, I’m Brit! I’m a travel blogger and writer obsessed with international, solo, and outdoorsy travel! Originally from small-town Wisconsin, I attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison and lived life to the fullest in Wisconsin’s vibrant capital city.

After graduating, I worked for a local marketing agency for a couple of years before quitting to teach English in South Korea, and the rest is history. I began blogging about my experiences teaching, traveling, and hiking around Korea and fell in love with travel writing. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of visiting 46+ countries, 15 of which I’ve traveled solo and four I’ve called home.

Growing up, we embraced the road trip as our preferred means of travel (as one does from the Midwest), and I’ve explored much of the U.S. from New York, Florida, California, and everywhere in between. When we weren’t on the road, we were camping and going Up North to disconnect in nature. Today, I’m excited to see more of the great American outdoors.
