Juniper Ridge is on a mission to create “a new fragrance grammar of the American West,” a bold resistance against the synthetic products that have become all too popular in perfumes and other products.
Their Douglas Fir Spring Tip Tea takes the same all-natural, sustainably harvested approach, with Douglas fir needles that have been harvested from the Siskiyou forest of Oregon and other areas in the Pacific Northwest.
Their caffeine-free and gluten-free tea offers a warm, earthy flavor with notes of citrus, mint and honeysuckle, and our first smell of the tea brought us back to deep forest camping trips and road trips through the PNW. You get 20 unbleached, compostable bags that create tea just as good with hot water as they do with cold.
Everything’s harvested and made in the US, and Juniper Ridge uses responsible packaging, environmentally-friendly inks and sustainable harvesting techniques in connection with the Forest Service and their fire-mitigation campaigns. The Berkley-based company also donates a percentage of their sales to protecting wilderness areas throughout the country.
